Author Kimberly Condon spent more than two decades in the field of medicine and fire service before relocating to North Carolina to focus on writing. Between running into burning buildings and saving lives, Kimberly gleaned a lifetime of experience traveling extensively among four continents. She began writing fiction as a child and has since authored essays for anthologies that have included, “I Wasn’t Strong Like This When I Started Out” and “Uprooted” and is working on upcoming creative non-fiction and fiction projects. Prior to her career as a nurse, paramedic and firefighter, Kimberly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
